Paying for Care
PUSH is committed to providing quality, accessible services for Purdue students. Provider visits for illness or injury are free for all students enrolled full-time on the West Lafayette campus. There are fees for all other services, such as diagnostic testing, medications, immunizations and allergy shots.
PUSH is in-network with most United Healthcare and Anthem plans. Regardless of the type of insurance you carry, it is best to verify your coverage and benefits at PUSH by calling the number on the back of your insurance card.
PUSH is not a Medicaid provider but can see Medicaid patients to order tests, prescribe medications, and provide referrals.
PUSH will bill your personal health insurance. Patients are responsible for paying deductibles, co-payments, co-insurance or any other costs not covered by their health insurance.
Payment options include:- Personal checks.
- Debit, credit and flexible spending account cards with Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
- Billing to your Bursar account (for currently enrolled students only) for amounts above $5.
Note: We do NOT accept BoilerExpress.
If you have a bill from PUSH, you may pay it at the PUSH Welcome Desk or by logging in to your Banner account.
