Nutrition

Nutrition Counseling services provide a variety of services to help you achieve your food and nutrition goals! Eating healthy in college can be challenging. Learning to eat a diet rich in nutrients will keep you focused, increase your ability to do well in classes, and help you to take healthy eating habits with you beyond your college career.

Our Nutrition Counseling services are also part of a comprehensive support team that includes PUSH and CAPS providing nutrition education and resources for Purdue students with eating disorders and disordered eating. This collaborative Eating Disorder Management Team ensures that each student’s unique needs are met by offering both practical education and personalized care.

Resources for Students

  • One-on-one nutrition counseling appointments are available to all Purdue students.  Appointments are free and last 30-60 minutes.
    • Registered Dietitian: You can meet with our Registered Dietitian to discuss your nutritional needs.
    • Nutrition Coach: You can meet with a trained nutrition coach to get most of your nutrition questions answered, set goals, and learn more about a healthy diet.

More information about our Registered Dietitians can be found on our Meet Our Providers page.

Nutrition Counseling services are located in the PUSH Wellness Suite at the CoRec.
