Diploma Requests
(Purdue West Lafayette & Technology Statewide locations only)

Based on the recommendation of the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers, duplicate/reissued diplomas are printed using the current Chairman of Trustees and University President signatures.
Ordering a Transcript
If you are currently enrolled, you may review your unofficial transcript on myPurdue in the Transcript & Grades card.
If you are a current or past Purdue Global (formerly Kaplan University) student, please e-mail registrar@purdueglobal.edu. Purdue University transcript services are not available to Purdue Global current or former students.
Purdue students from West Lafayette, Indianapolis, Purdue Northwest (Calumet or North Central), Fort Wayne, or a Polytechnic Statewide location with attendance from 1968 to the present can utilize Purdue's Parchment Storefront to request transcripts online. If you already have an account with Parchment, you can add Purdue University to your account by searching for it during the ordering process. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact the Parchment support team.
Purdue University is currently waiving Parchment's transcript request fees. Beginning fall 2025 these fees will no longer be waived.
Third-party Transcript Requests
In accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), third parties must provide signed authorization from the student or alumnus before requesting a transcript.
To request a transcript on behalf of a student, visit the Parchment website and select “ordering on behalf of the student.” Then follow the steps to complete order. If you need assistance, consider the following resources:
