Spring 2022 Grade Submission Dates

Midterm grading (available weeks 4-7)
Midterm grade entry begins at 8 a.m. Friday, February 4 and ends at 8 a.m. Friday, March 4.

First Eight Weeks (F8) (meets January 10 through March 4)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. February 25 and ends at 5 p.m. March 8. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Second Eight Weeks (S8) (meets March 7 through May 7) and Regular Term (meets January 10 through May 7)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. April 22 and ends at 5 p.m. May 10. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Polytechnic Statewide locations 
All locations except Vincennes and Indy (SW meet January 10 through May 7)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. April 22 and ends at 5 p.m. May 11. Faculty at Polytechnic locations meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Vincennes and Indy (VN meet January 10 through May 6)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. April 22 and ends at 5 p.m. May 11. Faculty at Polytechnic locations meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Summer 2022 Grade Submission Dates

First Four Weeks (May 16-June 10)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. May 27 and ends at 5 p.m. June 14. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

First Half Semester (May 2-June 26)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. June 10 and ends at 5 p.m. June 28. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

First Eight Weeks (May 16-July 8) and Second Four Weeks (June 13-July 8)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. June 24 and ends at 5 p.m. July 12. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Second Eight Weeks (June 13-August 6) and Third Four Weeks (July 11-August 5) and Full Summer Session (May 16-August 5)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. July 22 and ends at 5 p.m. August 9. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Second Half Semester (June 27-August 21)
Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. August 12 and ends at 5 p.m. August 23. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Polytechnic Statewide locations (except Vincennes and Indy) follow the above Full Summer session reporting schedule and assume one additional weekday for the deadline.

Grade entry begins at 8 a.m. December 2 and ends at 5 p.m. December 20. Faculty at West Lafayette not meeting the submission deadline for their reporting window will be required to submit via the Grade change workflow found in their myPurdue portal.

Polytechnic Statewide locations (except Vincennes and Indy) follow the above Full Term session reporting schedule and assume one additional weekday for the deadline.
