Final Call Portal

Missed the Summer Symposium deadline? There is one “final call” for you to present your work this semester! Carefully review the information about this application.

• Select "New Abstract for 2025 Summer Symposium Final Call - WL" on OURConnect
• You can choose to deliver a poster or a virtual presentation.
  • Posters will be limited based on the boards in the PMU Ballrooms.
  • Virtual presentations will be available from July 28-August 1 on the Summer Symposium website. Please see the virtual presentation guidelines.
• Virtual presentation abstracts (and YouTube links) must be submitted by July 24 at 11:59pm to be included on the Symposium site.
  • Poster abstracts can be submitted up to July 30.
• Abstracts will be added to the online abstract book after the event.
• Space is limited. The Final Call Session will close when capacity is reached. Hence, it is important to submit the abstract and get mentor approval as soon as possible.
