  • Academic advisors should use the Registrar Issue Log to report technical issues.  Be sure to select "EduNav" as the Service Offering.  Please include the following information in all reports:
    • Student PUID
    • Student declared program(s) of study
    • Student catalog term for each program(s) of study
    • Behavior you are expecting to see
    • Behavior you are currently observing
    • Full browser screenshot(s) of the issue - please include the url in the screenshot(s)
