Volunteer during the Spring Conference

Sign up to volunteer at this year's Spring Conference!

The Conference Planning Committee seeks individuals to help with the logistical components of running the 2026 Spring Undergraduate Research Conference. Available opportunities include helping with set-up and working at student and judge registration for the poster sessions on April 14 in the PMU Ballrooms and serving as a room moderator on April 16 in STEW 214 & 218. Various time slots are available using this SignUpGenius link. Those who sign up will receive instructions closer to the event and should plan to be there during the times they volunteer.
