Welcome to F45

The F stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement. 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun. 


The Workouts



Monday, Wednesday

At F45, we like our workout classes to encompass using different energy systems for a maximum effectiveness. Our specially curated cardio workouts use plyometric movements, timing and tempo to blast both your aerobic and anaerobic systems, resulting in cardiovascular training, muscle building and metabolism boosting sessions. Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday

Resistance training is an essential for building both muscle mass and bone density. Our strength training sessions use functional movement patterns to help our members to increase their muscle mass, and in turn, increase their metabolism, even at rest. Each resistance workout is designed to target power and stabilization for a solid base of functional strength, resulting in stronger, leaner, more defined muscles. See the full list of F45 RESISTANCE workout classes here.



Friday, Saturday

Get the best of both worlds by trying out one of our hybrid sessions! Combining our favorite cardio, resistance, agility and core movements, for an epic challenge that increases your endurance, fires up your metabolism and improves your strength. In these sessions you’ll leave everything out on the floor to challenge both your body and your mind. See the full list of F45 HYBRID workout classes here.

F45 Studio Pass Rates

To attend F45 classes, participants must purchase an F45 Studio Pass.

Registration, Cancelation and No-Show Policies


Pre-registration is required for all classes.  Class spots may be reserved up to 7 days in advance. 

Reserve your F45 Spot

Follow these Steps to Register for an F45 Class:

  • Step 1: Login to the RecWell Portal here, or Download the RecWell App on iphone or android.
  • Step 2: Click the F45 icon if on portal followed by F45 Schedule icon, or click F45 icon if on RecWell App.
  • Step 3: Select time of F45 class you want to register for and click the box, click "register" in description, then scroll down to your class date and time, then hit select again.
  • Step 4: If you want to register for same class, but multiple days, select different date than you had in step 3. Follow same directions and select time you would like and hit "Select" and "Register". 
  • Step 5: Select your name, or person you want to register for in your program and hit "Register".
  • Step 6: Screen will appear "How would you like to pay". Select "Next". Proceed to checkout. 
  • Step 7: Select "Checkout" and select "Checkout". You have now successfully registered for your class.

*You must have an F45 Studio Pass, or purchase a $5 F45 day pass prior to registering for F45 classes.

Cancel your Registration

 Follow these steps to cancel your registration:

  • Step 1: Login to the RecWell Member Portal.
  • Step 2: Click your picture in the top right hand corner, then select "Profile".
  • Step 3: Under your profile picture and ID number, select "Program Registrations".
  • Step 4: Find the class you want to cancel under upcoming tab and select the three dots (right-hand side) within the class you want to cancel and click "Cancel Registration".
  • Step 5: On the confirmation page that comes up, click "Confirm". 

Please arrive 5-10 minutes prior to start of class to guarantee entry. At 2 minutes prior to the start of class, your spot may be given away to participants that are present. Entry will not be permitted after class has started.

RecWell No-Show Policy

No-Show Policy

An empty space in class means that another participant is being kept from joining the class. Participants will be charged for any pre-booked sessions that are "late cancelled" or are "no show". Participants who fail to cancel their registration at least 60 minutes before the start of class or do not show up, will have their account and access to the CoRec suspended until they pay the $5 no-show fee at the Member Services desk at the CoRec. If you need directions on how to avoid a no-show fee, please watch the video below!

F45 Training is all about community, both in and out of the studio.

From the milestone wall to the members Facebook Group and "members only events," we work to improve overall wellbeing and enhance social connection within the Purdue F45 family.

Tech Forward
Workouts are organized by the robust technology systems featured in the F45 studio. A series of TV’s mounted on the front wall of the studio provides an organized, station-by-station diagram for each daily workout. With the guidance and motivation of the F45 Coaches, this system is a visual tool for members to progress from station to station throughout the workout.
Meet the F45 Coaches

F45 Coaches provide the ultimate F45 Training experience during group training sessions. They ensure that all members receive hands-on training and attention during class time, perform exercises effectively and safely and keep them motivated and encouraged throughout the class.
