Private fitness experiences are fitness classes or presentations that can be tailored to organizations, clubs and any other group of students, faculty or staff. Experiences can be hosted in any on-campus location, virtually or inside the CoRec. 

All interested groups must complete the Private Fitness Experience Request Form (external site, opens in a new window) to request a class. All inquires will receive a response within 48 hours.

All Student Organizations must submit their Activity Planning Form (APF) through Boilerlink (external site, opens in a new window) within two weeks of the event to receive approval from SAO.

• All fitness experiences will include an instructor.
• Private Fitness Experience Options include:
  • F45, Yoga, Cycle, Dance Fitness, BODYSTEP, BODYPUMP, Core and any format that you see on our regular schedule.
• Some formats can be taught outside or in another location. In some cases, a site assessment will be required to ensure the space is appropriate for the class format requested.
