F45 Studio: The F stands for functional training, a mix of circuit and HIIT style workouts geared towards everyday movement. 45 is the total amount of time for sweat-dripping, heart-pumping fun. (1,929 sq. ft.)

MP 3: Best for stretching (1,494 sq. ft.)

MP 4: Best for martial arts and table tennis (1,130 sq. ft.)

Morgan J. Burke Aquatic Center: This facility is accessed through the CoRec entry control and is managed by Recreation and Wellness.

TREC - This facility was built in the first phase of the renovation project and initially served as temporary space during the main project and was designed to be converted into an indoor synthetic turf facility once the main renovation was completed.
