Wellness presentations brings well-being information directly to you. This free service allows you to bring in a wellness staff member to talk about a wellness topic of your choice.

• Presentations are usually 50 minutes, however we can accomodate your schedule.
• Requests must be made two weeks in advance
• Presentations are not final until you receive a confirmation email from a wellness staff member. Please allow up to five buisness days to fulfill your request. 
• Custom topics are available upon request. Please select that option when completing the form. A staff member will reach out to discuss your topic.
